Police Departments work together to bust and identify suspects in credit cards stolen from vehicle in Lower Allen Township

Camp Hill, PA

On October 6, 2019, Deanna Lasher Everett was arrested in York County.   On May 4, 2019 the Lower Allen Township Police Department was dispatched to Fox Hollow Circle regarding items being stolen from an unlocked vehicle overnight. The victim reported that her purse containing all of her credit cards and other items were taken from the vehicle.  Later in the day she reported that unauthorized transactions were attempted on her credit card.

On May 6, 2019, the Lower Allen Police was dispatched to Hillcrest Court for a report of multiple thefts from motor vehicles that occurred overnight. Several vehicles were entered and items such as prescription pills, GPS’s, money, gift cards, and an EZ Pass transponder were stolen.

On May 8, 2019, the Fairview Township Police Department were dispatched to the Budget Inn for another theft investigation. A black Saturn had been identified as a possible suspect vehicle in these cases. Contact was made with the occupants of the room and they were identified as Travis Armstrong, Kaila Guthrie, Deanna Everett and Adam Geesey. Police say a subsequent search of the hotel room and vehicle led to the recovery of several of the stolen items from Lower Allen Township.

Police say they, also, obtained video Surveillance from the Walmart on the Carlisle Pike showed Armstrong, Guthrie and Everett attempting to use the stolen credit card to purchase thousands of dollars of electronics.

Warrants have been issued for Armstrong, Everett, Guthrie, and Geesey.
