On Saturday, August 24, 2019, Middlesex Township Police say conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle after observing the driver weaving in their lane of travel.
Police identified the driver as Colton Slusser. During the investigation police say they determined Slusser had consumed alcoholic beverages which rendered him incapable of safe driving.
Slusser was taken into custody and would submit to a legal blood draw at Cumberland County Booking Center. He has been charged with DUI: Gen Impairment/Incapable of Driving Safely – 1st Offense and DUI: High Rate of Alcohol (Blood Alcohol Content .10 – <.16) 1st Offense.
A summons has been issued and Slusser faces a Preliminary Hearing before Magisterial District Judge Paul M Fegley on October 18, 2019.
