Lower Allen Township issue warrants for access device fraud, theft from vehicles

Camp Hill, PA

On May 4, 2019, the Lower Allen Township Police Department was dispatched to Fox Hollow Circle regarding items being stolen from an unlocked vehicle overnight. The victim told police her purse containing all of her credit cards and other items were taken from the vehicle.  Later in the day she reported that unauthorized transactions were attempted on her credit card. 

On May 6, 2019, the Lower Allen Twp PD was dispatched to Hillcrest Court for a report of multiple thefts from motor vehicles that occurred overnight. According to police several vehicles were entered and items such as prescription pills, GPS’s, money, gift cards, and an EX Pass transponder were stolen.

On May 8, 2019, the Fairview Township Police Department were dispatched to the Budget Inn for another theft investigation. A black Saturn had been identified as a possible suspect vehicle in these cases. Contact was made with the occupants of the room and they were identified as Travis Armstrong, Kaila Guthrie, Deanna Everett and Adam Geesey.

Police say a subsequent search of the hotel room and vehicle led to the recovery of several of the stolen items from Lower Allen Township. According to police they also obtained video surveillance from the Walmart on the Carlisle Pike showed Armstrong, Guthrie and Everett attempting to use the stolen credit card to purchase thousands of dollars of electronics. Warrants have been issued for Armstrong, Everett, Guthrie, and Geesey.
