On Sunday, October 6 at 12:06 AM, Upper Allen Police say they attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation and failed to stop for police. After a vehicle pursuit, authorities say the driver eventually stopped in a parking lot and was identified as 20 year old Justin Barritt of Elizabethtown.
Barritt is on probation from charges he pleaded guilty to in April 2019 for DUI: Controlled Substance – Metabolite – 1st Offense, DUI: Controlled Substance – Schedule 1 – 1st Offense and other charges. Lancaster County Probation filed a request for a warrant for Barritt’s arrest on October 2, 2019.
Barritt was taken into custody and transported to the Cumberland County Prison.
