Domingo Vasquez the Third arrested for child endangering, possession with the intent to deliver in Cumberland County

Carlisle, PA

North Middletown Township Police say they’ve arrested 22 year old Domingo Vazquez, III, of Carlisle, on Wednesday, October 16th, 2019 after a search warrant was executed in the 100 block of Cranes Gap Rd for drugs.  Authorities say Vazquez was found to be in possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver, and paraphernalia to a degree that endangered the welfare of his child.  Vazquez was arraigned on his charges and remains lodged in Cumberland County Prison pending a preliminary hearing scheduled for Monday, October 28, 2019.

The charges in this case include (1) Count Felony Possession With Intent to Deliver Marijuana, (1) count of Possession of Marijuana, (1) count of Possession Drug Paraphernalia, and (1 count) Endangering Welfare of Child
