Carlisle Police:  Justin Jefferies struck female victim in her face while she was holding her infant son

Carlisle, PA

On September 1, 2019, at 3:16AM, Carlisle Borough Police were dispatched to the 100 block of W. Louther Street for a domestic incident. 

After an investigation, authorities say they determined that the male, Justin Jefferies, struck the female victim in her face while she was holding her infant son.  Police allege the infant was also struck during the altercation.  

Justin Jefferies was arrested and transported to Cumberland County Prison where he was arraigned on charges of endangering the welfare of children, recklessly endangering another person, simple assault, and harassment.  Jeffries remains at Cumberland County Prison in lieu of $12,000 bond.
