Carlisle Police arrest Thomas Campbell for burglary, robbery and other charges

Carlisle, PA  

On August 25, 2019, at approximately 10:13PM hours Carlisle Police were dispatched, to an active break in the 200 block of D Street. Upon arrival police say they located a residence which had the back door forcefully opened.

After speaking to the witnesses on scene, authorities say they  determined that Thomas Campbell, forcefully entered the residence and chased the victim through the house and took a cell phone.

Campbell was arrested and transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing and arraignment. Campbell faces a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Mark Martin on September 4, 2019. He remains lodged at Cumberland County Prison unable to post $85,000 bond.
