Authorities say Trostel was causing a public disturbance prior to the Corvette Parade by yelling and cursing with people of various ages around

Carlisle, PA

Police in Carlisle say Brian Trostel, 48, was arrested on August 24, 2019, at approximately 6:00 PM for Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct, and Public Drunkenness.

Authorities say Trostel was causing a public disturbance prior to the Corvette Parade by yelling and cursing with people of various ages around. When officers made contact with Trostel, they say it was evident that he was highly intoxicated to a degree that he could not ensure his own safety.

As police attempted to arrest Trostel, they say he attempted to resist until he was pepper sprayed. He was treated, and taken to Cumberland County Prison where he remains unable to post $10,000 bond.
