3 person crew in mini-van hit Victoria’s Secret for 30 bras at Capital City Mall

Camp Hill, PA

On September 21, 2019, at 5:39 PM, the Lower Allen Township Police Department was dispatched to Victoria’s Secret in the Capital City Mall for a non-active retail theft.

Authorities say around 5:10 PM a white female, possibly Hispanic, wearing a black and white checkered Vans T-shirt, black and white checkered Vans shoes, black leggings carrying a large purse entered Victoria’s Secret and began “organizing” several bras. A Hispanic male wearing a black Puma baseball hat, black T-shirt, dark blue jeans and white sneakers entered a minute after her.

Police say the man, carrying a white plastic American Eagle bag, pulled out another black Aero plastic bag and the two filled the bags with 30 bras (various sizes and colors) valued at $54.50 for a total of $1635. The two exit the store around 5:13 PM and then left the Mall parking lot in a silver Chrysler Town and Country mini-van.

The two thieves are also believed to be acting with another Hispanic female and possibly stole from other stores in the Mall, including American Eagle. Anyone who recognizes these individuals or has any information about the thefts is asked to contact the Lower Allen Township Police Department.
