Susquehanna Township Police arrested Miguel Zeno-Martinez for terroristic threats

Harrisburg, PA

On January 28, 2019 the Susquehanna Township Police say they arrested Miguel Zeno-Martinez for terroristic threats.  Miguel Zeno-Martinez learned of an ongoing child abuse investigation where he was identified as the suspect and police say he threatened to harm the mother of the child if she cooperated with law enforcement and assisting agencies.

Following the arrest Miguel Zeno-Martinez was arraigned and given $10,000 bail and was remanded to Dauphin County Prison. Miguel Zeno-Martinez remains in prison unable to make bail. He has a preliminary hearing before District Court Judge James A. Lenker on February 21, 2019 at 10:45AM
