Swatara Police: 104 calls to 911, threats to police leads to man’s to arrestread more
On March 9, 2018, an Upper Allen say a resident reported that someone withdrew $1,800 from their bank account and opened up multiple other accounts using their identifying information.
Police say information and surveillance footage was collected during the investigation and Scardy Dominque was identified as the suspect.
Dominque was arrested pursuant to an arrest warrant on January 31, 2019 and was incarcerated in lieu of $5,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for a later date.
The 36 year old of 3000 Block of West Norris Street in Philadelphia was convicted in Bucks County for Access Device Issued to Another Who Did Not Authorize Use, Simple Assault, and Resisting Arrest. He was sentenced in August 2018 in that case to a combination of confinement and parole.
Dominque was charged in 2016 for 3 counts of Forgery – Utters Forged Writing, 1 count Access Device Is Counterfeit, Altered,
Incomplete, and 8 counts Posses Access Device Knowing Counterfeit, Altered. He was sentenced in 2017 to 3 to 23 months after all charges were dropped in a plea deal except one count Access Device Is Counterfeit, Altered, Incomplete in a plea deal.
Following an incident in 2010 Dominque, also in Bucks County, was charged with:
- Aggravated Assault
- Endangering Welfare of Children – Parent/Guardian/Other Commits Offense
- Criminal Conspiracy Engaging – Retail Theft-Take Mdse
- Possession of an Instrument Of Crime
- Receiving Stolen Property
The top count, Felony Aggravated Assault was dropped and Domique was sentenced to 150 days to 23 months as well as probation which ran concurrent with a probation sentence from New Jersey.
