Police in Harrisburg ask for information following shooting

Harrisburg, PA

Police in Harrisburg say on  March 26, 2018, at approximately 11:48 pm, police responded to the 1200 block of Market Street following multiple reports of gunshots, as well as for a male yelling for help. 

Authorities say officers located the victim, a 25-year-old male, lying in the first block of Evergreen Street. The victim had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his arms and torso, as well as a graze wound to his head.

Life Team EMS arrived at the scene and transported the victim to the hospital for treatment. He was listed as in critical but stable condition and required no surgery.

Investigators say casings were found on Linden Street at the intersection of Market Street and the invesrigation is ongoing.
