Middletown Borough Police stop man for driving over fire house, arrest him for DUI

Middletown, PA

According to police while working a fire scene on March 7, 2019, fire department personnel notified officers of a vehicle which drove over a fire hose which was being utilized on an active fire call.

Middletown Borough Police say they located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop.

Police arrested Kenneth Matinchez, identified as the driver, and after failing field coordination tests was arrested for suspicion of Driving Under the Influence.
