Steelton Police say they were called on January 3, 2019 for a domestic violence incident that occurred in the 300 block of Ridge Street. 29 year old Nicholas Graves for simple assault and he was taken to the Dauphin County Judicial Center for arraignment.
Grave’s criminal history reaches back 10 years to November 2008.
March 2009- False Identification To Law Enforcement- 1 year probation
May 2009- Drug dealing charges- 3 years intense probation
November 2008- Poss Instrument Of Crime- 6 months probation
August 2009- Unauthorized Use Motor Vehicle /Other Vehicles- 1 year probation
May 2011- Burlargy and other charges- 1 year probation
March 2013- Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver -4 to 23 months jail
April 2014- Flight To Avoid Appreh/Trial/Punish and charges relating to drug dealing- 12 months probation
November 2015- Theft By Unlaw Taking-Movable Property- 4 months jail, followed by 24 months probation
February 2016- Resist Arrest/Other Law Enforcement, Terroristic Threats W/ Int To Terrorize Another- probation concurrent to November 2015 case.
