Charges for three in alleged Weis Market theft spree: Seafood, steak and Tide

Camp Hill, PA

On July 24, 2019, around 3:02 PM, Lower Allen Police say a heavyset black male and an older black female exited a black Ford Escape and entered the Weis Markets on Lowther Road. According to police the male then selected seafood, steaks, and Tide and filled his shopping cart with the items.

Police believe the female is acting as a lookout for him. Within six minutes, the two exited the store with the cart, loaded it into the Ford Escape, and left the area police say.

Authorities say a license plate was obtained and the owner of the vehicle stated that his daughter, Amy Hubley, regularly drives the vehicle. Police say they determined Hubley was the driver in this incident and the other actors were determined to be Isaiah Allen and his mother, Paul Allen. Isaiah was charged and arrested.

Paul Allen and Amy Hubley have warrants for their arrest.
