Carlisle Police arrest woman for attempting to interfere with arrest

Carlisle, PA

On March 13, 2019, at approximately 2:56PM Carlisle Police say they were attempting to take a wanted subject into custody on the 100 Block of N Hanover Street. Authorities say Domonique Rivera was present and made attempts to prevent police from effecting a lawful arrest on the wanted subject.

When police began to also take her into custody, they say Rivera she began actively resisting police. According to police Rivera was eventually taken into custody and charged with the following criminal charges:

18 5101 – Obstructing administration of law or other governmental function.

M2 18 5104 – Resisting arrest or other law enforcement.

M2 18 5503 a1 – Disorderly conduct. M3
