On December 15th, 2018, at approximately 0301 hours, Carlisle Police say they were dispatched to a disabled vehicle located at 737 South West Street, in Carlisle Borough, Cumberland County.
Officers say they made contact with the operator of the vehicle, Justin Reyes. Reyes had left the roadway while operating his vehicle and disabled all four tires of his vehicle. As police spoke with Reyes they say he displayed symptoms of intoxication. Following a series of field coordination tests were conducted police allege Reyes was found to be under the influence of alcohol, and taken into custody. Reyes was transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing.
The 28 year old pleaded guilty for a charge of Public Drunkenness And Similar Misconduct also filed by Carlisle Police in June of this year. Reyes has no other known criminal history in Pennsylvania.
