Hanover, PA

Police in Hanover Township say they arrested Dorothy Tinney. 53 of Nanticoke, for the second time this year Thursday night about 11:39 PM at South Main St and New Commerce Blvd in the township following a traffic stop.

Authorities say they took Tinney into custody and transported her to the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital for a chemical blood test to determine her blood alcohol content (BAC). Charges are pending results of those tests.

Tinney was arrested by Hanover Township Police in February of this year for DUI: High Rate of Alcohol  (Bac.10 – <.16) 1st Offense and DUI: Gen Impairment 1st Offense. Tinney accepted a plea agreement and entered an Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition program. The plea was accepted in June.
