Upper Allen Township Police say they arrested Clarence H. Heinly III, 49 of the 600 Block Williams Grove Road yesterday. Authorities say they were dispatched following a report of an active assault.
Officers said Heinly struck a family member during an argument, causing injury. Heinly was arrested and taken to Cumberland County Prison for processing and arraignment on charges of simple assault and harassment.
Heinly has a preliminary hearing scheduled before Magisterial District Judge Mark Martin on November 19, 2018 at 9:30AM and was released on unsecured bail of $25,000. Heinly has no known criminal history.
